Strong winds and a strong bite!

Right after the hurricane passed we had 5 days of 20 plus mph winds which kept us out of the ocean and into the backwaters of bogue sound...whiteoak river... queens creek... and behind the barrier islands.  Despite the wind we managed 7 to 15 reds each trip along with a handful of flounder.  Windy days keep most anglers off the water and make fishing pretty easy
