8/13 8 Limits of Keeper Flounder! Over 200 Total!
WOW! Absolutey some of the Best Flounder Fishing in NC! Mike and I loaded up both boats today at 7:30am (a total of 8) and headed out to film a 2009 nearshore flounder show. The weather was cam and the skies a little overcast but, the bite was on! The first stop we made kicked it all off. We got a total of 6hrs of fishing in today and landed an amazing bunch of over 200 Flounder with 8 limits of keepers and more we had to release. That's right... over 200 Flounder. We were averaging 1 keeper for every three fish today and landed 70 Keepers but kept our limit of 64. Every fish fell for a bucktail tipped with a Berkley Gulp bait.
