Family Fun at it's Best! Fish'nEco

Tues. 7/28- Today I had regular client Cliff Horner and his family onboard from New Jersey. They seem to bring the horshoe of good luck with them. Last season we worked over and had our way with a school of over a 1000 redfish in a couple feet of water.... Today, we caught a little of everything. We started out on a little spot and put a couple black drum in the cooler... then, we took advantage of the low tide and stepped overboard for a few minutes to collect about 20 Sharks teeth and 3 dozen clams. Bam! back in the boat and hunting down some Redfish... two in the box.... and we're moving on. We made a pit stop on another little spot that often holds both Black Drum and Sheepshead... No, not the bridge pylons... just a little hidden, marshy, secluded spot.... we spent about an hour working the hole and put a couple more Black drum from 2 to 3lbs in the cooler and 4 Sheepshead including a 6.5lb, 6lb, 1.5lb, and 1lb. Then, on our way back to the dock I couldn't stand it... I had to check out another location as the tide was getting right. We spent the last few minutes here and Cliff landed his largest redfish at 35in and 15lbs! That was followed by a couple more black drum and then his son put a 3.5lb 21in Southern Flounder on the deck! What a great day! Doesn't get much better... Who sais summer fishing is slow!

Thanks Guys! Fun as usual!
