9/25 Another Inshore Slam!

Wed. 9/25 I left Dudley's around 4pm this afternoon with James Johnson and crew aboard for an enjoyable late afternoon trip looking for Flounder and Reds. We started out working some live bait on some structure in the backwaters and found a few flounder feeding. We picked up 5 flounder with the largest at just over 4lbs. before we moved on to work a school of big redfish that have been working the flats. We quickly found a school of 100 or more reds ranging from 30 to 35in. and released a nice 32in. big shouldered fish that weighed about 12lbs. We continued on in the backwaters and picked up a few bluefish up to 2lbs and a nice 2lb. speckled trout that completed out inshore slam for today. What a beautiful afternoon on the water! Sorry, didn't have my camera onboard but managed a shot with the phone...Just a few afternoons open for October... Call to reserve your date. -Capt. Jeff Cronk- FISH'N4LIFE CHARTERS- 336-558-5697
