6hr Trip with Bobby K. and crew from Shallotte on today looking for Spanish and Flounder. The big Spanish were a little picky today with the slick calm conditions. We had to continually chum them up with live baits. But the action was steady throughout the first few hours of the morning and we had a bunch of knock downs and managed to boat 9 spanish with 8 big ones from 2.5 to 4.5lbs and a small king. We moved on and found some flounder willing to bite and landed 11 flounder with 7 ranging from 1.75lbs to 3.75lbs. Great job guys! It was very enjoyable fishing with you. Capt. Jeff Cronk
