5/4/06 4hr afternoon trip with Jim and Bill aboard. The wind was a little strong at 12 to 15 and the bite was hard to find at first. We covered some area for the first couple hours to lose a flounder between 2 and 3lbs at the side of the boat and have the first red spit the spinner too. We moved on and managed to find some fish feeding and landed 5 more Southern flounder with several between 2 and 3lbs, a couple of trout, and another puppydrum to manage an afternoon inshore slam. If the darn wind would let up there are plenty of fish to be had... Lots of action happening along the beach and nearshore live bottoms too... Capt.
