3/5/06 4hr trip with Matt Ermish and his father (from Michigan) aboard... thought it was a bit chilly at 7:00am with ice on deck but these guys were ready to go at it... so, off we went to look for some of those trout and reds. 2 1/2 hrs into it and only 4 small trout we decided to change over to scouting for reds. Within 15min. of looking for reds we found a school of about 1000+ fish. We worked them for about 1/2hr to land about 15 before heading back to the dock. Awsome sight.... you could count every fish in the water! even had fish with their backs out on the beach at one point! Matt, great fishing with you guys today! Capt.
