1/16/06 5Hrs. of Trout Fishing with Jim Allen and Crew aboard today... The bite was slow to start but We wound up landing about 15 specs from 1.5 to 5lbs and another 35-40 fish from 11 to 14in. just one puppy drum today and there was a decent striper bite on the West side of the shoals today while we were trout fishing... best I heard was one boat had 9 striper.
