1/12 Fished a full day with Rick Patterson and his father aboard. We wore out the trout and red drum all day... What a day! We boated upwards of 200 speckled trout with 70 or more at the 2 to 3lb range and a few over 3lbs including a 5lber... and lost a trout from 6 to 7lbs at the net.. also landed about 40 redfish from 16 to 20in. We caught lots of fish on the Berkley Gulp shrimp and did really well using live spots, shad, and mud minnows. Below is 20 purty trout on the deck and a shot of 10 more bigens in the livewell... Great Day on the water... lots of fish... good company... and 70 degree temps with no wind! What a January! Capt. Jeff Cronk - FISH'N4LIFE CHARTERS- 910-326-7512. Posted by Picasa
