12/21/05 5Hr Trip with Randolph Reed and friend aboard to chase down the stripers. The weather man lied today.... not 5 to 10 along the beach... it was 15 steady out of the NNE and the water was sloppy but... the new 24' Triton handled well in the 4ft seas. We found some stripers in the first hour of fishing and worked them for about a half-hour and managed to put a 24lb and 30.2lb fish in the boat. The seas started getting rougher so we headed in to target trout. We managed about 15 trout from 11 to 14in. over an hour period. Back at the dock around 12:30 and cleaning fish. Super job putting up the some rough conditions! Capt. Jeff Cronk FISH'N4LIFE CHARTERS.... 910-326-7512, 336-558-5697 Posted by Picasa
