Just finished taping an offshore TV fishing show with Roland Martin. We landed a 26 lb King, a couple of Dolphin and even a monster 45 lb Cuda! I do not know when it will air but I will keep you posted.

We have been having good success with the Kings lately. On the tournament trail we weighed a 27lber in the Sneads Ferry Tournament and we are currently in 15th place in the rankings. Here is a pic of a good fish caught while prefishing.

8/28/05 James Morton with a 4lb flounder. We fished a full day today for 18 flounders with 9 keepers. 4 fish over 2lbs today. Bite has been very slow this weekend with the NE winds and swell. Posted by Picasa

8/14/05 James Godfrey group onboard for a 6hr trip. We worked a few spanish and a 3lb chopper blue into the boat before switching over to flounder fishing today. The flounder bite was consistent today but after a few days of big fish, the little ones were biting today. We landed around 30 flatties with 13 keepers today. 8/13/05 Brian Dalrymple and friends with a great day of fishing for flounder and spanish. We started the first few hours of the morning looking for large spanish. We managed to land 9 spanish with most in the 4 to 5.5lb range. We switched over to flounder around 10:00am for the rest of the trip and managed about 25 flounder with 17 keepers. The largest flounder was approx. 8lbs... but we didn't get him in the boat (sorry guys). The fish managed to slip out of the dipnet after I about slipped into the water trying to dip it. 8/12/05 Win Edwards and Ed with a great catch during a 6hour trip aboard FISH'N4LIFE today. We started the morning working some live bottom with fingermullet on light lines for non-stop BIG spanish and king action. We kept 10 spanish with 5 from 4 to 5.5lbs, and 5 kings from 25 to 28in. Around 9:30am we switched over to flounder hunting... hard time today. No wind, no current made it tough but we managed a handful of keepers with some up to 3lbs. We worked our way back inside and stopped on a couple of docks to land a few more flounder with a 4.15lb keeper and a 22in. red. Back at the dock around 1:00pm GREAT JOB GUYS! ENJOYED FISH'N WITH YA! 8/9/05 John and Cecil, of Hickory, NC with a good catch of spanish, kings, and grey trout during a 6hr trip. With over 30 strikes on the light lines today, they wound up landing about 20 kings and spanish of which they kept 4 nice kings and 4 spanish. We also managed to find a school of grey trout and landing 4 along with a small cobia... just before getting chased off by a storm. Great Job Guys... Fun fish'n with ya. Capt. 8/8/05 Good Highschool Buddy, Tim Staley, onboard for 4hrs this morning. We braved the 4 to 5 fters and constant rain showers this morning for the chance at a bite. Payed off. Tim and I boated our limit of keeper flounder with a handful over 3lbs, several kings, and a bunch of 1 to 2lb spanish. Great Fish'n with ya Tim.
